Hopebridge is a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy using a multidisciplinary care model. We deliver ABA, SLP, and OT under one roof to empower children with tailored plans for essential skills and independence.

BCBAs will conduct FBAs, collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists, supervise RBTs and BCBA Fellows, and support families through training while handling admin tasks during WFH days. A strong licensure path is supported.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

What You’ll Do

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
