Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, and collaborate with families and staff to drive meaningful progress.

You’ll conduct standardized assessments, monitor progress, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented workplace with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA program design experience for children with autism.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• Knowledge of DTT, NET, and VB methodologies.

Job Details

We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. In this role, you'll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

You’ll need

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands‑on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
