Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. The role includes supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with families, and refining programs based on data.

The candidate will conduct assessments, design ABA curricula and behavior plans, and participate in team discussions to guide interventions. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Licensed with the Utah licensing board as an LBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention plans and update them regularly.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with the treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement treatment plans.
• Review reports and session notes and analyze ABA data for program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
