Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children on the autism spectrum in virtual, in-home, or daycare settings. You will lead and supervise therapists, coordinate scheduling with families, and work closely with parents, teachers, and doctors to implement effective, individualized treatment plans.

The role requires an active BCBA certificate and licensure, plus 2–4 years of ABA instruction experience and a strong grasp of ABA techniques and graphing
