Job summary

Behavior Plus ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We offer remote and hybrid options, flexible schedules, and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on evidence-based practices.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success, while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000
• Full-Time: 30 - 40 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Tennessee (Can be Remote/Hybrid)
