Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Required BCBA certification with a Master’s in ABA or related field; strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
