Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Marion, IA is seeking a BCBA to oversee a learner caseload, develop and adjust individualized ABA plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality treatment.

You will build strong relationships with families, conduct trainings, and complete necessary assessments and insurance documentation to support ongoing learner progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed.
• Establish rapport with parents/caregivers and conduct monthly trainings in center, home, or community.

What to expect in the role:
