TrueNorth Wellness is seeking a BC-ABA Behavior Consultant for full-time or part-time positions in York & Adams County. This role offers a flexible work schedule with no weekends or holidays, focusing on providing behavioral health and wellness services to clients.

Qualifications

Job Duties:

• Meet with clients and caregiversin the home, community, and school settings.
• Develop individualized treatmentplans.
• Monitor goals through datacollection and analysis.
• Supervise Behavioral HealthTechnicians and the implementation of the ITP.
• Collaborate with team membersregularly.

Qualifications:

The BC-ABA must meet 1 ofthe following:

• A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABAservices and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA.
• A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABAservices under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBAor other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis and a minimum of 40 hours of training related toABA-approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education providerapproved by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.

Job Requirements:

The position requires threeclearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, andFBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training, copy of valid professional license and a sealed collegetranscript are also required. If applicantsdon't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions on howto apply for them. Applicants must have reliable transportation.
