Job summary

Hopebridge in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based pediatric autism therapy in a center environment. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OT, and Psychologists.

You will also lead RBT supervision, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support families through training to ensure consistency across settings. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning and POC updates during work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Train and support families for consistency at home and clinic.

What You'll Do

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Qualifications & Requirements
