Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Chesapeake clinical team. You will design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and staff to drive meaningful progress.

Requirements include BCBA certification, a master’s in ABA/related field, at least one year of experience, and familiarity with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Job Details

We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Chesapeake area. In this role, you'll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

You'll need:

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
