Job summary

Telecare's Sanger Place MHRC is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services for adults with developmental disabilities under the Administrator's direction. This full-time role requires a BCBA certification, 2+ years post-graduate ABA experience, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
• 2+ years post-graduate experience in applied Behavior Analysis.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and curricula for adults 18+ with developmental disabilities.
• Experience developing behavior intervention/crisis plans and providing training.
• Experience with regional centers and multidisciplinary teams for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Desirable: sensitivity to multi-cultural populations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, CPI and First Aid certification required on or within 60 days of employment; maintain ongoing certification.
• Background checks and licenses verified; driving if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied behavior analysis under supervision and direction.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with regional centers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
