Job summary
De Soto Unified School Dist is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Behavior Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field and have experience with students facing behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include documentation and staff development in behavioral support. The starting salary will be commensurate with experience. Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college/university in Special Education, Behavioral Sciences, or another related field.
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges.
- Ability to maintain documentation of all behavioral programming and planning.
- Ability to provide ongoing staff development and mentoring.
- BCBA certification preferred.
