Job summary

GRIMM Gastronomiebedarf GmbH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Avondale, Arizona. The successful candidate will ensure person-centered care, mentor behavior technicians, and participate in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Bonus if interested in research related to functional analysis, verbal behavior, reviewing or feeding.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
