Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA services, supervise assistants, and collaborate with families to create meaningful, lasting behavior change in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members, including RBTs and students.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS ethical guidelines.
