Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and supervise intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful changes in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Roles require licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
