Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and mentor a collaborative ABA team. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, oversee staff across home, school, and community settings, and ensure high‑quality services for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
