Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification per local/state rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and family stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
