Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a BCBA Analyst to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis consultation in La Puente, CA. The role focuses on designing and maintaining Behavior Support Plans while coordinating with home administrators, clinicians, and staff to ensure individualized supports.

The position requires BCBA credentials, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of experience with adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field required or preferred; BCBA credential required.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing consultation using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.
• Regularly review and maintain data collection towards goals.
• Train and support direct service professionals and program staff.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals.
