Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and supervise RBTs and staff. The BCBA will ensure quality, evidence-based care while adhering to BACB ethical standards.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a master's degree in a related field, and the ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Ability to meet NC licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB ethical standards and best practices.
