Job summary

ABS Kids in Smyrna, TN is seeking a BCBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA services for children with autism. The opportunity features guaranteed first-year compensation of $93,500–$97,000, an uncapped monthly bonus plan, a signing bonus or relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll enjoy flexibility with one remote day per week if center-based, four 10-hour days, opportunities to transfer across centers, and strong local leadership supporting

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress)
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism
• Strong ethics and collaboration in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collaborate with families and center staff
• Mentor and supervise future BCBAs
• Contribute to program development and practice improvements
