About the Role

• Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior support plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to families, caregivers, and service providers.

• Key Skills:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
