Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Owings Mills, MD to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Clinicians follow assent-based treatment and partner with parents to support school and life success.

We support over 500 BCBAs across 18 states, with strong clinical leadership, ongoing CEUs, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification/licensure as required by local statutes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Treat client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

What You Have

Master's degree or higher

BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months

Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment

Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)

What You'll Be Doing
