Job summary

Path 2 Potential, LLC in Queens, NY seeks a BCBA who is also LBA to join our rapidly growing autism treatment team. You will conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS and ADOS-2, develop treatment and Behavior Intervention Plans, and supervise ongoing ABA programs.

The role includes parent training when applicable, managing clients and therapists, and data collection with Catalyst. Sign-on bonus and free LBA hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA and LBA certifications with at least 2 years ABA experience in home or school settings.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field (e.g., Special Ed, Child Psychology).
• Familiar with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, ADOS-2 and other assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments using VB-MAPP/ABLLS/ADOS-2.
• Develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise ABA programs across clients.
• Provide parent training when applicable.
• Manage caseload of clients and supervise therapists.
• Oversee data collection (Catalyst used).

BCBA Supervisors Role

• Initial and/or continuing client (re)assessments with a VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, Vineland, etc.
• Develop of treatment plans and Behavior Intervention plans for clientele.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs.
• Parent Training (If applicable).
• Manage the clients and therapists on assigned case.
• Manage Data Collection (we currently use Catalyst).

Qualifications

• Current BCBA and LBA certification and at least 2 year of home-based or school ABA experience.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
