FantAutistic Skills Training in Modesto, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the development and execution of personalized behavior intervention plans. We are FantAutistic Skills Training (FAST)! We use the most effective and quality based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implemented through compassionate, trauma-informed ABA strategies utilizing the Hanley Method of keeping each client happy, relaxed, and engaged (HRE). We ensure that all the behavioral professionals do not use any restrictive procedures, harsh punishment techniques, and primarily utilize reinforcement strategies.

Position Overview:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at FantAutistic Skills Training, you will lead the development and implementation of personalized behavior intervention plans for clients, conducting assessments and collaborating with families and support staff. This position involves weekly commutes to the Lemoore area, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
