Job summary

Birch Agency is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person role in Minneapolis, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. The BCBA will support students with behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and learning needs through evidence-based interventions and collaborative educational practices.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and credentialed.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Minnesota licensure or eligibility to practice in a school-based setting.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with students in educational settings preferred.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student-centered services and positive behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Analyze behavioral data and use data-driven decision-making.
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff.
• Develop and implement individualized behavioral support strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families.
• Train school personnel on behavior management techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required records.
• Promote positive behavioral supports and inclusive educational practices.

• Analyze behavioral data and use data-driven decision-making to support student outcomes.
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff.
• Develop and implement individualized behavioral support strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families.
• Train school personnel on behavior management techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards established by the BACB.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required records.
