Job summary

Agape Consulting seeks a BCaBA-certified clinician to provide ABA services in home and clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans while guiding RBTs, collecting data, and ensuring treatment fidelity.

The role includes parent training, collaboration with teams, and travel to work with international partners on training and program implementation.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting assessments and develop behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity.
• Implement ABA strategies in in-home and clinical settings.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform recommendations.
• Support parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Maintain timely documentation per BACB and company standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing staff development.
