Bright Pathways in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to deliver relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and through telehealth under BCBA supervision. You will mentor RBTs and collaborate with families to build a compassionate, human-first care model.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA in homes, communities, or telehealth.
• Ability to supervise or guide RBTs.
• Strong communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful ABA therapy in homes, communities, or via telehealth under supervision.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Engage families in relational and empowering approaches.
• Help shape the clinical model and culture as the company grows.
