Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care seeks a BCaBA in Texas to deliver relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.

You will guide and support RBTs, partner with families in a relational, empowering, and respectful manner, and help shape our clinical model as we grow. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 for a full-time role.
