Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Virginia seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to apply clinical knowledge to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive skills in children with autism. The BCaBA works under direct supervision of a BCBA and supports the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include delivering targeted interventions, collaborating with families, and training behavior technicians.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in behavioral analysis or Verified Course Sequence.
• BCaBA certification or LaBA license and sitting for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Ability to collaborate with Proud Moments BCBAs to comply with BCaBA requirements.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions to improve clients’ social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
• Customize and implement evidence-based treatment plans for each child.
• Support family conversations and ensure understanding of results.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
