Qualifications

• BCaBA licensed in Texas around leadership with BCBA supervision.
• Focus on relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and telehealth.
• Collaborate with RBTs and families in empowering ways.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering and respectful.
• Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.
