Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Texas seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth. You will guide and support RBTs as collaborators, and work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful.

You’ll help shape our clinical model as we grow, maintaining a human-first approach.

Qualifications

• BCBA licensed in Texas.
• Role requires guiding and supporting RBTs.
• Therapy should be relationship-centered and human-first.
