Job summary

ABS Kids in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a BCaBA-certified Behavior Analyst to empower children with autism and their families through individualized ABA therapy. You will work under supervision, applying evidence-based strategies to help kids reach their full potential.

A passion for improving quality of life, high standards of care, and clear communication with families are essential. This role focuses on weekday, on-site work with growth opportunities within a company expanding to 20+ new centers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Must be BCaBA certified through the BACB or eligible to take the BCaBA exam.
• Passion to help children with autism and their families.
