Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our team, providing high-quality, comprehensive surgical care. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide array of surgical specialties, including minimally invasive surgery. As part of our surgical team, you will work alongside licensed and extensively trained staff committed to delivering the safest possible patient experience.

Surgical Programs: Colorectal, Orthopedics, Plastic and Reconstructive, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 403(b) Retirement Plan, and deferred Compensation 457(b) Plan. CME reimbursement up to $3,000, and one week of CME time. Occurrence-based malpractice insurance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
  • Completion of an accredited vascular surgery residency program
  • Current MD license in Massachusetts
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Current DEA license required
  • Team leadership or programmatic development experience preferred
