Job summary

Cardiac Care Associates in Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time, partnership-track, non-invasive cardiologist to join our private practice with five offices and affiliated hospitals. The role covers outpatient and inpatient cardiology services within the Inova Health System and local facilities.

The successful candidate will be board-certified or eligible, fellowship-trained, and demonstrate excellence in clinical care, problem solving, and communication.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Fellowship trained in non-invasive cardiology.
• Experience interpreting nuclear stress tests, echocardiograms, treadmill tests and ECGs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Cardiac Care Associates is looking to hire a full-time, partnership track, non-invasive cardiologist to join our well-established private practice in the coveted suburbs of Northern Virginia. Since 1986, Cardiac Care Associates has been providing comprehensive cardiac services in northern Virginia. With five offices and 4 hospitals served, we use state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities to care for our patients each step of the way.

• We are a group of 14 providers, hiring due to increased growth and community demand.
• We have been a well-respected cardiology group for over 30 years.
• Attributes we are seeking include energetic, highly motivated, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be board certified/board eligible.
• Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care.
• Candidates must have a commitment to excellence clinically, demonstrate problem solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Details:

• Full time
• Practice setting: Outpatient clinic, hospital rounding
• Hospital Affiliation: Inova Health System, HCA
• EMR: Athena health (outpatient), EPIC and Meditech (inpatient)
• Special skills training required: Fellowship trained, interpretation of nuclear stress test, echocardiogram, treadmill test, ECGs, and remote monitors.
• APP support for inpatient and outpatient needs
