Job summary

Sonny's BBQ is seeking a Front-of-House Team Member to greet guests, handle transactions, and assist with take-out orders at the front counter or drive-thru. You will answer phones, expedite service, and help create a friendly, Southern hospitality-driven dining experience.

Ideal candidates are team players with restaurant experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule is a plus and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills expected.
• Basic computer skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front cash register and drive-thru with a warm welcome.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Prepare and fulfill take-out orders and answer front phone calls.
• Expedite food to tables and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.
• Support front-of-house operations and maintain a positive energy.
