Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cutter to join Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As a Cutter, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our quality expectations and ensuring a memorable guest experience. This position requires expertise in meat cutting, attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Precision Cutting Skills: Expertise in the art of precision cutting with a focus on quality and consistency.
