Our crew is responsible for creating an unforgettable guest experience through the preparation of exceptional food & drink and attention to valued relationships. What you will do:

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a customer for life
• Learn to prepare all in house recipes from scratch
• Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments
• Master the art of slow, smoked, BBQ
• Learn the craft of southern cooking and hospitality
• Work with like minded team to create a fun and exciting work culture
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Resolve customer complaints
