Job summary

Sonnys BBQ is looking for a reliable Dish Machine Operator to support our busy kitchen and guest experience. You will run the dish machine, monitor chemical levels, and ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned to standard.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen sanitation, bussing and restocking, and helping with general cleaning tasks in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry or related training.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Basic computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and manage chemicals safely.
• Maintain sanitation of the kitchen, work areas, and restrooms; collect trash as needed.
• Buss, sort, rinse, and rack dishes; keep dishes and silverware stocked and organized.
