Job summary

Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego is seeking an Entry-Level Line Cook to join Barefoot Bar & Grill. You will assist in food preparation, follow recipes, and help maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness.

You will work with a professional culinary team, gain hands-on techniques, and support inventory, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or culinary training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and basic kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays required for line cook position
