Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego, CA is seeking a friendly Server to join Barefoot Bar & Grill and craft exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take and relay orders, and ensure timely, polished service in a luxurious waterfront setting.

The role requires excellent communication, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of server experience or restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
