Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bay areas.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide usage instructions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve guest issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to create a memorable guest experience.
