Key Responsibilities

CRM Development:Design and maintain Slate CRM features usingJavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSSto enhance enrollment workflows.
Portal Management:Build and optimize self-service portals for students and staff.
System Integration:Develop and maintainAPI connectionsbetween Slate and third-party platforms.
Data Analytics:Ensure compliance with data governance while supporting reporting initiatives.
Process Optimization:Troubleshoot system issues, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degreein Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field*(5+ years experience preferred)*.
2+ yearsof CRM experience (Slateor similar higher-ed systems).
Expertise inSQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and data segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with experience inBanner, query languages, and data mining.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
