Job summary

Adoration Health in Huntington, WV is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered team. You will provide 1:1 in-home nursing care, create personalized care plans, administer treatments, and educate families to support recovery and well-being.

This full-time role offers a Friday-Monday schedule, 40 hours, a 10k sign-on for external candidates, and benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and residence.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, driving record and car insurance per Adoration policy.
• CPR certification required; new graduates may be considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and educate families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
