Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in the Tri-Cities, WA, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home care to former atomic energy workers. You will follow individualized care plans, document patient care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safety and quality.

This is a full-time position with Sat/Sun 12-hour shifts. Pay ranges from $48 to $57 per hour, and benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), EAP, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in WA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Must pass pre-employment screenings

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Shifts: FT position with benefits eligibility. Sat/Sun (2) 12 hours shifts. Work 24 hours being paid out at 30.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $48 - $57/hr. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
