Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our team in a faith-based, resident-focused setting. You will supervise medication administration, monitor residents, and support daily living activities to ensure safe, compassionate care.

The role emphasizes timely documentation, effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and families, and adherence to infection control standards to protect residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—you’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
