Join our team at Avalon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN!

Shift: Weekends 7PM-7AM

Work 8 hours Saturday and 8 Sunday and receive 3 hours Baylor hours.

Work 12 hours Saturday and 12 hours Sunday and receive 6 Baylor hours

Work 16 hours Saturday and 16Sunday and receive 8 hours Baylor hours.

Same Day Pay!

Rates depend on experience, with an increased 401(k) contribution of 4.5% of wages for full-time.

Responsibilities Of LPN

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
  
  

Qualifications Of LPN

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
