Topgolf is hiring Bay Hosts to welcome Players with energy and help create unforgettable experiences in a fast-paced, entertaining environment.

You’ll recommend food and beverages, take orders accurately, keep bays clean, and work with Playmakers to drive sales while delivering outstanding hospitality.

This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to thrive when the venue is busy. Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to bays with energy and enthusiasm—connect the dots on why they’re visiting, and upsell food, beverages, and gaming options.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized.
• Be readily available with a strong team presence, delivering an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for players.
