Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy, explain Topgolf offerings, and upsell food/beverage and gaming options.
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep bays clean.
- Be present with teammates to deliver an unforgettable Player experience from setup to issue resolution.
- uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe playing and dining area.
- Live Topgolf values daily to support teammates and guests.
