Job summary

Suite Shots - Jenks Riverwalk is looking for a Busser/Bay Assistant to support Bay Hosts and ensure guests receive hot food, cold drinks, and attentive service in a fast-paced, upbeat setting.

You will clear and reset tables, keep bays stocked, and work with the team to maintain smooth service. Availability evenings, weekends, and some Sundays is required; outdoor work is common; lifting up to 50 pounds and a food handler certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and some Sundays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Comfort working in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot food from the kitchen and cold beverages from the bar to guests quickly and accurately.
• Support Bay Hosts by clearing and resetting tables so spaces are ready for the next guests.
• Keep a close eye on bays and tables to anticipate guest needs and provide assistance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas.
• Help ensure guest safety while enjoying the game and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Provide friendly, attentive service by making eye contact, smiling, and engaging with guests.
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.
