Job summary

Glimpse is establishing a Bay Area facility and seeks an operations-focused professional to lead site setup, safety, and production workflow for CT scanning services. You will coordinate with vendors, train staff on shipping and safety, and own the day-to-day production operations to meet customer deadlines and revenue goals.

The role requires 3+ years of professional experience, safety-conscious handling of lab or production environments, and eligibility to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• US citizenship or a green card.
• Experience establishing lab and/or production operations is a plus.
• Experience operating machinery with safety protocols is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility setup and vendor engagements for the Bay Area CT scanner.
• Own production operations including inbound/outbound orders and meeting revenue targets.
• Develop and implement production and safety protocols for day-to-day site operations.
• Lead hiring for a CT technician and scale site resources as needed.
